This comes through in his meditations on the Word of the Lord in his daily devotionals. ~ "Bob Pine is one of those rare Christians who can observe the world around him, and see the hand of God at work and not confuse it with human endeavor. The smallest piece of creation becomes for him the pattern of a God who loves and cares." ~ The Rt. Rev. Furman C. Stough, VIII Bishop of Alabama.

Background on these Devotionals by the Author

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
After I was touched by God through His Holy Spirit during my brain surgery event in 1993, I was called by Him to share my story with all that would listen. I was deeply touched by His Love and Grace in the middle of the chaos of my life-threatening event. It was through the prayers of my Christian Community and my own prayers that I was able to connect with the Lord. As I have shared my story with others, I have felt a need to connect it more with scripture. This makes it more God's story, as it should be. A daily devotional seemed to be a good way to accomplish this, so Pious Bob was born. I dedicate these devotionals to my wife Penny, for her love and support throughout our life together. God has truly blessed me and loved me through her. I hope that you enjoy reading these pages as much as I enjoyed writing them. God is good! He will bless you.
